State fencing academy’s player T Sai Sanket Sharma will represent Indian in Junior and Cadet World Fencing Championship at Cairo Egypt to be held from April 11, 2021. He will also showcase his talent in the individual foil competition. Minister for Sports and Youth Welfare Yashodhara Raje Scindia congratulated T Sai Sanket on this achievement and encouraged him to perform well in the world fencing championship. She showed full confidence over T Sai Sharma on winning medal for the country and making country and state proud.

 

Before leaving for Egypt, T Sai Sharma along with his Coach Vijay Kumar, met Director for Sports and Youth Welfare Pawan Jain. He apprised Jain with the necessary information by discussing in detail about the preparations made for the championship by T Sai Sharma. He also congratulated the state star on his achievement and motivated him to win medal for the country here at Tatya Tope stadium, Bhopal.
