RAISONI Group of Institutions has introduced G H Raisoni Technology Business Incubator Foundation (GHRTBIF), an unique and vibrant incubation centre under G H Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur. The Incubator Foundation has been registered as a Sec 8 Company that is catalysed and supported by NSTEDB Division, Department of Science and Technology, and Government of India, New Delhi.

 

Fully functional since February 2019, it aims to provide a creative business space for start-ups and tech innovators to empower them to incubate their business ideas, while helping them establish, survive, and thrive in the competitive business environment. GHRTBIF is spread across 20,000 sq ft, whereas its infrastructure is basically for the start-ups, professionals, and students who have unique business ideas. The state-of-art infrastructure is a way to give the tech ideas a base.

 

The key highlight of the infrastructure is the Cisco UCS C480 ML Server and Cisco HyperFlex HX240 M5 Node with NVIDIA V100 Tensor Core GPUs along with fastest NVMe storage backboned by 10G network which enables students or startup to meet the majority of their tech requirements. The Cisco AI server is featured with Hyperconvergence, Cisco Hyperflex, Cisco Unified Computing System and Cisco Fabric Interconnect. The key technologies and machines that stay functional in the fab lab include 3D Scanner, 3D Printer – SLA, 3D Printer – FDM, Mini Milling Machine, CNC Router, Laser Cutter, and Vinyl Cutter. Adding to this, sound-proof meeting room, artistic creative zone, influencing studio room with 75+ seating capacity.
