As the indebted nation pays its tearful and heartfelt tributes to the martyrs and celebrates the 22nd anniversary of the glorious victory of the Indian Army over the icy heights of Drass and Kargil during Operation Vijay in 1999, a solemn wreath laying ceremony was organised at the Jammu and Kashmir Regimental Centre, on Monday.
