Panduranga Rao gets ‘Grand Master’ recognition from Asia Book of Records

 

 

 

The creation of World’s first ever unique ‘3D Flip Book’ by B V Panduranga Rao, a Cartoonist from Bangalore and former Senior Manager of Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP), got the recognition as ‘Grand Master’ from Asia Book of Records and also his creation gets in to World Record India and India Book of Records. In this regard, Panduranga Rao has been issued with Certificates and Medal for his extra ordinary creation by all the three Record verifying Institutions. It is noteworthy that the Flip Book is of A3 size with 80 pages, the 3D animated hand drawn sketches were drawn by the pencil on every page and it took 48 days to complete it.

 

When the pages of the book are flipped rapidly, you can see the 3D movie of two planes crashing against buildings and the collapse of the buildings. He has portrayed the 9/11 attacks, that is the collapse of twin tower of World Trade Centre.

 

Panduranga Rao has been accredited with 14 Limca Book of Records, 11 India Book of records, Asia Book of Records, 2 World Records India, 5 Unique World Records, Elite World Record, Record Setter World Record, Asia Academy of World Record, URF Asia Record, URF Top talent award 2018 and 2019 and URF Legend Award 2019.
