Gajraj Singh of Rewa elected as Regional President of Bharatiya Kisan Sangh while Prahlad Patel of Jabalpur elected as Regional General Secretary. New body of Bharatiya Kisan Sangh was formed during regional convention at Samanvay Seva Kendra, on Tuesday. Chief guest on the occasion was Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Prant Pracharak, Praveen Gupta who emphasized over working with the spirit of making self-reliant villages for employment and promotion of organic farming for desired benefits of farmers. He added that the society is being cheated in the name of advanced farming.
Chemical based farming is adversely hampering the nutritional value of agricultural land. He emphasized over conservation and use of indigenous seeds for better agriculture production and health of land. Speaking on the occasion, Madhya Pradesh Gau Samvardhan Board, Chairman, Swami Akhileshwaranand said for promotion of cow based farming while Bharatiya Kisan Sangh, National Organisation Secretary, Gajendra Singh said for maintaining culture of the organisation. On the occasion, Regional Organisation Secretary, Mahesh Choudhary, State President, Rambharose Vasotia, State General Secretary, Rajendra Paliwal, State Treasurer, Omnarayan Pachori, Pramod Choudhary, Kamal Singh Anjana and others were present.
