Prime Minister Narendra Modi was accorded a warm welcome at the Indore Airport. The Prime Minister was welcomed on behalf of the State Government by Home Minister Dr Narottam Mishra and Water Resources Minister Tulsiram Silavat. Later, Prime Minister Modi left for Ujjain by special helicopter for the inauguration of Shri Mahakal Lok. Former Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan, MP Shankar Lalwani, MP Kavita Patidar and MP Gajendra Patel, MLA Ramesh Mendola, Akash Vijayvargiya, Malini Gaur, Mahendra Hardia, former minister Kailash Vijayvargiya, Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargava, Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bais, Director General of Police Sudhir Saxena, Divisional Commissioner Dr Pawan Kumar Sharma, Inspector General of Police Rakesh Gupta, Commissioner of Police Harinarayanchari Mishra, Collector Manish Singh and other officers and District Panchayat President Reena Malviya, Chairman of Indore Development Authority Jaipal Singh Chavda, Chairman of Scheduled Castes Finance Development Corporation Sawan Sonkar, former Mayor Krishnamurari Moghe, Gaurav Randive and Rajesh Sonkar were also present.
