The Vidarbha Economic Development Council (VED), MM Activ and the MSMC (Maharashtra State Mining Corporation), with the participation of Adv Ashish Jaiswal, Chairman, MSMC and MJ Pradeep Chandren, Managing Director of MSMC will conduct a three-day conference-cum-exhibition related to mines, minerals and metals -‘MINCON-2022’ from October 14 to 16th at Chitnavis Centre, Civil Lines in the city.

The event is supported by the Ministry of Mines, the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, Government of Maharashtra and Maharashtra Economic Development Council (MEDC).

The inaugural would be graced by Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari; Union Minister for Mines Pralhad Joshi; and Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.

The galaxy of VIPs including Maharashtra Minister of Forests Sudhir Mungantiwar; Minister of Industries Uday Samant; Minister of Revenue Radhaskrishna Vikhe Patil; and Minister of Mining Department Dadaji Bhuse.

Sessions on the first two days would see notable speakers of a national level, corporate leaders and industrial stalwarts addressing the key technical sessions. On the third day, the Vendor Development Programme, would be presided over by Union Minister of MSMEs Narayan Rane.
