NITIN Dubey, a popular singer from
Chhattisgarh has become the role model of local young artists for his performances
at the national level. He started singing
fro m the school stage at the age of seven by listening to bhajans from his mother Kalindi Dubey in his childhood, got the knowledge
of singing from his father Paramhans
Dubey. But he was educated about
classical ragas by his school teacher
late Gulab Ram Chouhan. Nitin Dubey, who has sunghundredsofsuperhit songslike Raigarh Wala Raja, Chanda Re, Ka Tain Roop Nikhare Chandaini, Hay More Chandni, Hay Re More Kochaipan and currently Nilpari and Dil De De Durugawali, is not only popular in
Chhattisgarh but also in different states.
The journey of his music, which started from the school stage, has spread to different statesof thecountry Nitin performed thrice
in the famous Chakradhar Samaroh, the biggest music festival of Chhattisgarh. He has performed in 2011, the yearwhen Padma Bhu shan Jagjit Singh gave his special presen tation, in 2012 wherein Ustad Ghulam Ali Khan performed and in 2016, the year when Bo llywood singer Fticha Sharma presented herh it numbers. He also gave memorable performance in the Bhoramdev Mahotsav held in
Kawardha district In 2018 ans 2019. He was also
lauded fo r h is presentations at t
he Jajvalya Dev Mahotsav held in
Janjg'ir in 2018.
He also has to the
credit of performing at the Rajim Kumbh 2008 and 2014, Sukma Art Festival in 2017 and Narayanpur Mavli Mela in 2014. He also performed in the state of Jharkhand and Odisha, I Vest Bengal Ranchi Sai Festival, Cuttack
Sai Festival, BhubaneshwarSai Festival,
SambalpurLokMahotsav,KolkataSai Festival
and Tata Nagar Sawan Mahotsay. He is presently working as a singer and
music composer in the upcoming
Chhattisgarhi film 'DU Pardesi Hoge
Re'.
