People are in awe of Indian Police Service (IPS) Dipanshu Kaabra after he swiftly lent a helping hand to save the life of a girl suffering from typhoid realising the idiom of a helping hand is better than praying lips.
Chhattisgarh has no dearth of officers that always take the lead in resolving problems of people and IPS Dipanshu Kaabra is one of those officers who are ready to help out people in need. There were many instances during the pandemic when IPS Kaabra helped people reach home and arranged essential things like food for people under stress.
Dipanshu Kaabra once again exhibited his generous heart, when he noticed a tweet about an 11-year-old girl Vedika, daughter of Santosh from Bilaspur, appealing for help. The tweet said the girl was battling an intense bout of typhoid at Udai Children’s Hospital. Her family is impoverished.
IPS Kaabra wasted no time taking cognizance and called up the doctor. The one call gave an impetus to the treatment and the girl was reportedly discharged within 3 to 4 days following this intervention by IPS Kaabra. IPS Kaabra had assured the hospital that the treatment cost will be paid all through a smart card.
As the girl recovered from this life-threatening disease, citizens are appreciating the initiative of the IPS Officer. The person who tweeted neither has a verified account nor did he tag Dipanshu Kaabra in the tweet, yet the officer showed alacrity and alertness to the sensitive issue.
