Usha Singh becomes MOIL’s 1st woman CMD

 

 

Usha Singh, Director-HR, MOIL Limited, has taken additional charge of MOIL CMD and has become the first woman to hold the top notch position in MOIL. Singh, who had earlier distinction of being the first functional woman Director on the board of MOIL, has now become the first woman to take charge of MOIL CMD post. She is an Engineering graduate and an MBA with more than 30 years of varied experience in SAIL, NMDC and MOIL. She has also been adjudged as one of the top 100 ‘Inspirational Women in Mining’ globally in 2020. She has several other awards to her credit which include ‘Scope Outstanding Woman Manager 2017’ and ‘Best Employee Award’ in SAIL.
