Collector and President of Sagar Smart City Limited Deepak Arya has directed that at sides of Smart Roads, pathway and parking area should be constructed and then till building line on remaining vacant land, systematic landscaping should be done and plantation on either sides of roads should be done. He issued these instructions while inspecting under construction projects with Municipal Commissioner and ED, SSMCL Chandrashekhar Shukla. The Collector further directed that at the side of road near boundary, landscaping should be done in slope and make it look beautiful with natural grass. This will give strength to the boundary wall. He directed that back filling work should be done near drain duct on various smart roads, joint of drains should be smooth.

 

He directed that market area where paver block have been installed, it should be painted to look beautiful. In market area where paver blocks have been installed, it should be painted to add to its look. The Collector directed that level of Bitumin layers on roads should be maintained and quality should be given due importance and level of road should be same after final layer. He directed that beep hole should be made so that during rain, water from Smart roads can be drained out. Beep Hole should be made in accordance with slope of the road so that all water of drain cane be drained out through beep hole. Net should be fixed on the beep holed. Collector Arya also inspected the road being constructed from Deendayal Square to HDFC through Teen Madia. For increasing width of the road, sitting area on side of Lake in front of bus stand should be included in road and design should be submitted after final drawing of the road. He also took stock of the construction of pathways, boundarywall of lake and directed for completing the work with speed and with quality. During inspection, Smart City Engineer, PMC Team Leader, Engineer and others were present.
