IN ONE of the matches played on opening day of SA Rahim Under-15 Inter-School Tournament, RS Mundle School beat Podar World School by 107 runs. At MSEB Koradi ground, RS Mundle made 195 in 38.4 overs and then bowled out Podar for 88 in 15 overs.

The VCA-organised SA Rahim Under-15 Inter-School Tournament was inaugurated by Syed Ajaz Rahim, son of former Ranji Trophy captain and fast bowler Rahim at the NSSM ground in Jamtha on Monday. VCA Secretary Sanjay Badkas, Joint-Secretary Chandrakant Manke and former Joint Secretary Sharad Padhye were present during inauguration.
