The winter session of Assembly will begin from December 19. The five day session is likely to be stormy as principal Opposition party Congress has upped the ante against the ruling Government by deciding to move a no-confidence motion here. Leader of Opposition , Govind Singh told The Hitavada that Mondy, on what ground and Charges list will be submitted.
Informing about the proceedings, Parliamentary Affairs Minister, Narrottam Mishra has said that In this, all public representatives will be able to raise issues of public interest through question hour and zero hour and calling attention motion. The second supplementary budget will also be presented in this. This is a crucial session. It is learnt that to fulfill the fund requirement on infrastructure projects, Education facilities and health related issues, a second supplementary budget will be placed.On the Congress terming the session as short, Mishra said that it wants to raise very important issues as per the law. The government is ready to discuss them. He said, Congressmen create ruckus instead of meaningful discussion. In addition to this, A list of 1,506 questions have been submitted and around 211 call
attention motions will be there. Although there is online submission of questions facility, most of public representatives choose to submit physically and through post. After the house proceedings, a Book authored by Assembly Principal Secretary, A P Singh will be launched. On Sunday, all party meeting was conducted to run session smoothly. It was attended by Parliamentary Affairs Minister Narottam Mishra, Speaker Girish Gautum, Leader of Opposition, Dr. Govind Singh, Former Minister, Sajjain Singh Verma and ex-Assembly speaker, Narmada Prasad Prajapati.
