MIDC unveils ‘Plug & Play’

Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) on Thursday launched ‘Plug & Play’ scheme at Additional Butibori in the presence of Dr P Anbalagan, In the first phase, 30 acres of land would be covered under the scheme. Explaining the features of the scheme, Rajesh Zanzad, Chief Engineer of MIDC said, there are three models under the scheme--open developed plot will be provided with all ready infrastructure on instalment basis. Open developed plot with all infrastructure will be provided on rental basis. Ready to use constructed work sheds with all facilities will be provided on rental/instalments or long lease basis. Highlighting some of the facilities at Additional Butibori, he said, four lane roads, well connected to Nagpur-Hyderabad National Highway, Nagpur-Wardha Highway and Samruddhi Expressway.
 
It has 24 x 7 water supply. Uninterrupted power supply. LPG gas available at IOCL plant in area as per requirement. Waste water collection, treatment and disposal. BSNL fire optic connectivity, nearest airport at Nagpur some 30 km away. Nearest to Butibori Railway Station- 7 km, CETP is under construction, upcoming designed truck terminal, upcoming Sindi Dryport, logistic park at 12 km distance and upcoming fire station. Kishore Malviya conducted the proceeding while Shashikant Kotharkar, Secretary proposed the vote of thanks. Prominently present were Sunil Akulwar, Superintendent Engineer, Mahendra Patel, RO, Nagpur, Prashant Meshram, Ishant Goyal, C G Shegoankar, President of MIA, Suresh Rathi, President of VIA, Subodh Deulgaonkar, Yuvraj Vyas and others were present.
