The Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company’s 250 MW Unit-11 of Satpura Thermal Power Station, Sarni registered a new record of non-stop functioning of 150-days with 89.2 per ent Plant Load Factor (PLF), from October 30 to March 30.
It may be noted that earlier Sanjay Gandhi TPS, Birsinghpur’s Unit-10, Satpura TPS, Sarni’s Unit-5 and Shri Singhaji TPS, Khandwa’s Unit-1 and 3 had created a record of nonstop functioning for 100-days.
On the achievement, Energy Minister, Pradumn Singh Tomar, Principal Secretary (Energy), Sanjay Dubey, MP Power Generating Company, MD, Manjeet Singh have congratulated to the engineers and employees for creating a new record of nonstop functioning
of Satpura TPS Unit-11 and wished them for maintaining their excellent performance in future.
