Suffering misery and deprivation, he entered public life and took a pledge that he would do his best to help the oppressed and downtrodden sections of the society. Late Munde did memorable works for the welfare of the backward class as well as the deprived and the persons in the last line of the society. He knew how to live not for himself but for others. On many occasions, he got relief and assistance works started by reaching first of all among the affected people at the time of disaster. He was also a popular speaker. By strengthening the law and order situation, the common people were freed from worry. He strictly controlled anti-social elements in Maharashtra. Daughters have given message by making Gopinath Gadh: Chief Minister Chouhan said that I have a very close relationship with Maharashtra. He got to learn a lot from Late Pramod Mahajan and Gopinath Munde. We start every programme in Madhya Pradesh with the poojan of daughters. Late Munde’s three daughters have imbibed their father’s culture. These daughters have built Gopinath Gadh in the memory of their father in this area and have given the message that daughters are not second to anyone, on the other hand they have proved that daughters are more capable than sons. To carry forward the work of their father, they prepared this programme with a sense of responsibility.
