St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology has introduced five new programmes this academic year - three in B.Tech in emerging technologies namely Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Computer Science and Business Systems (CSBS), and two in B.Voc., a three year degree course, namely Internet of Things (IoT) and Augmented Reality & Virtual Reality (AR & VR). With this the college now runs a total 11 programmes in Bachelor of Technology and 4 programmes in Bachelor of Vocational courses.
In order to ensure a solid industry back up for all the programmes, the college recently signed two major MoUs with L&T EduTech, Intel Edgate. In fact Pallotti College is the first institute in the whole of Maharashtra to have
effected such a tie up with these industry giants.
Computer Science and Business Systems, a tailor made programme prepared by Tata Consultancy Services in keeping with industry requirements after extensive market research will be run in collaboration with them.
The recently signed MoU with VNIT, Nagpur, provides excellent opportunities
for the faculty members and students to get trained in the latest technologies.
The B.VoC programmes are fully supported and certified by NASSCOM and several other industry partners.
