One of the leading co-operative societies - Nirmal Ujjwal Credit Co-Operative Society Limited conducted its 33rd annual general body meeting (AGM) on Wednesday.
Chairman of Board of Directors of the society - Shivraj Gujjar and Founder and Director - Pramod Manmode gave financial details of the society and also announced 8 per cent dividend. The society has posted a net profit of Rs 23.56 crore which is a new record. It has a deposit of Rs 1500 crore while its loan disbursement and advances are at Rs 800 crore. The annual transaction of the society is Rs 10,000 crore.
It is important to note that its has a customer base of more than 1.5 lakh.
Shivraj Gujjar and Pramod Manmode also highlighted the upcoming schemes of the society and shared other details with the members.
Manmode said that the transparent and dedicated efforts put in by the society has helped it earn the trust of the customers. “All the employees and members of society have played a significant role in achieving this success,” he added. The society has a presence in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Goa. Chief Manager of the society Nanda Bante, Umang Agrawal, Vitharao Gawande, Babanrao Tidke, Pradeep Raut, Pravin Bhujade, Sanjay Chavan, Pawan Darak, Hansraj Gadiwan, Umaji Kohale, Ramkrushna Ingle, Swati Gadhwe and others were present on the occasion.
