Pallotti memorial skating meet organised

 

 

THE St Vincent Pallotti Memorial Skating Championship evoked huge response from various schools of the city.

The competition was organised in association with Nagpur District Roller Skating Association.

Around 800 students from 72 schools of the city participated in the championship.

Upendra Verma, General Secretary Nagpur District Roller Skating Association was the chief guest of the competition.

Delhi Public School, Mihan with 34 Points, clinched the team championship while Narayana Vidyalayam, Wardha Road (26 points) took the runners-up trophy.

Narayana Vidyalayam-Wardha Road also won the award for ‘Most Number of Participants’ with 68 students from their school.

Principal Rev Fr Johny Amaladasan thanked coaches and the parents of the participants for such an overwhelming response to the event and congratulated the winners. The 8th St Vincent Pallotti Memorial Skating Championship-2023-24 will be held September, 2023, it was announced during the closing ceremony.
