The new Executive Committee of Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA), led by Dr Arvind Kumar Saxena, took the charge, on Saturday. Outgoing General President Dr Vijaylaxmi Saxena handed over the flame to incoming General President Dr Arvind Kumar Saxena during the valedictory function of 108th Indian Science Congress hosted by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU). The Executive committee includes General Secretary (Scientific Activities) Dr Babu Singh Chandel, General Secretary (Membership Affairs) Prof Ranjit Kumar Verma, Treasurer Dr Nibedita Chakrabarti.
