Justice Ravi Malimath, Chief Justice, Madhya Pradesh High Court and Patron-in-Chief, Madhya Pradesh State Legal Services Authority (MPSLSA), on Wednesday virtually inaugurated Civil Court and Mediation Centre at Tehsil-Sonkatch (Dewas) and Child Friendly Courts at Tehsils Tonkkhurd and Khategaon (Dewas), District Court Complex at Vidisha, Civil Court Complexes at Ganjbasoda (Vidisha) and Maheshwar (Mandleshwar) and Mediation Centres at Hatod (Indore), Sailana (Ratlam), Beohari (Shahdol), Rajendragram (Anuppur), Birsinghpur Pali (Umaria) and Deosar (Singrauli) in presence of portfolio judges of districts concerned and companion judges of MP High Court Principal Seat Jabalpur and Benches at Indore and Gwalior.
 
On the occasion, the Chief Justice addressed the gathering and expressed that these newly built court complexes will expedite judicial process and streamline management of the case records. Also, the Child Friendly Courts which have been inaugurated today will provide a sensitive and supportive environment for children involved in legal proceedings. His Lordship further informed that a mediation centre building is an important part of the justice delivery system because it provides a neutral and confidential space for people to resolve their disputes peacefully. Mediation is a voluntary process which helps the parties to communicate and negotiate a mutually agreeable solution.
 
Under the guidance of Justice Sheel Nagu, Administrative Judge, High Court of M.P. and Executive Chairman M.P. State Legal Services Authority, now with the inauguration of these 7 Mediation Centre, Madhya Pradesh has 78 Mediation Centres. With inauguration of these 4 new Court Complexes, 2 Child Friendly Courts and 7 Mediation Centres, the concept of fair and speedy justice can be further strengthened. In the programme Registrar General, Ramkumar Choubey and Registry Officers of High Court of M.P., Chairman and Secretary DLSAs, Judicial Officers, Representatives of Bar of concerned Districts, Officers of MPSLSA were also present.
