Shriram Urban Co-operative Bank Limited recently won the prestigious Banco Blue Ribbon award in ‘Best Turnaround Bank’ category. The bank won the first prize in the category at the special ceremony held in Daman. More than 600 representatives of 170 different co-operative banks attended the event.

 

Milind Kulkarni, Chief Executive Officer of Shriram Urban Co-operative Bank, received the award at the hands of P K Arora, Retired Chief General Manager of Reserve Bank of India. The award is a result of hard work put in by the board of directors, chief executive officer and all the staff members of the bank in the last financial year. The board of directors expressed happiness over the achievement.
