Aasha Malviya’s journey of 26,000 km cycling through 28 states

Aasha Malviya, a keen sports woman and a young athlete who is also a mountaineer and avid cyclist who was on a solo mission to cycle 26,000 Kms through 28 states of the country, returned to the State after her expedition. The cycling mission aimed to spread the word and awareness on Woman Safety and Women Empowerment. Hailing from a humble family, her journey is an inspiration for others. Her cycling journey began on November 1, 2022 which coincided with the Madhya Pradesh Foundation Day. After cycling for more than 26,000 Km throughout the country, Aasha Malviya is back in Madhya Pradesh.
 
Brigadier Rahul Mallik, Commandant 1 Signal Training Centre (1 STC) met and interacted with the young athlete on reaching Jabalpur covering more than 26,000 Km journey. Lieutenant General M K Das, General Officer Commanding and Commandant 1 STC congratulated Aasha Malviya for spreading awareness about such a noble cause amongst the general populace of the country and commended her for the mission and the strong determination, dedication and passion shown by the young athlete towards contribution to society.
 
This commendable work and strong determination of Malviya is an inspiration for all the youth, women across the country and has set an example for fitness, healthy lifestyle and working tirelessly for their dreams. She also proved that through a healthy body, any goal can be achieved by doing hard work continuously for one’s dreams.
