Two companies of Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and District Police conducted flag-march to instill a sense of fear amongst trouble makers and maintaining law and order arrangements in the district. Flag march was conducted in sensitive polling booth areas for strict enforcement of model code of conduct for forthcoming State Assembly elections. The flag march was conducted under the direction of Superintendent of Police, Aditya Pratap Singh (IPS), two companies of CISF along with police force led by senior police officers visited sensitive polling booth areas and spread message amongst residents for avoiding any kind of threat in tendering their votes for fair and transparent elections.
March was conducted for area domination, peaceful elections and providing complete independence to voters for casting their votes without any influence or pressure. During flag-march, Additional SP (City), Priyanka Shukla (IPS), Additional SP (City South), Kamal Mourya, Additional Superintendent P (North/ Traffic), Pradeep Kumar Shende, CSPs and SHOs of concerned police stations were present.
