Rotary’s all India cricket from today

THREE Rotary Clubs of Nagpur, Rotary Club of Nagpur Downtown, Rotary Club of Ishanya and Rotary Club of Nagpur North, are organising national-level cricket tournament for Rotarians at Nagpur from Thursday. The ‘Orange City Mahasangram - 2023’ will be formally inaugurated on Thursday at Kasba Hills, Amravati Road, by District Governor Rtn Asha Venugopal, District Governor elect Rajinder Khurana, District Governor nominee Nana Shewale in the august presence of IFCR National Chairman Rtn Nandan Nilkandan and other Rotary dignitaries. Matches will begin from Friday at various grounds of the city.
 
A total of 18 teams and over 200 Rotarian cricketers will be taking part in the tournament. Matches will be played in league-cum-knock-out basis. League matches will be played on 27th and 28th and the final will be played on October 29. Rotarian Sarang Degwekar is the Convenor while Rotarians Pritesh Chandak and Hashu Ambwani are co-convenors.
