“SPORTS can make you a ‘hero’ in a day and there are many opportunities in sports,” said Dr Sanjay Dudhe, Pro-VC of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University while inaugurating the inter-college sports meet at its synthetic track, Ravi Nagar on Friday. Dr Raju Hiwase, Registrar, Dr Sanjay Chaudhary, Director Sharad Suryawanshi, Nagpur District Athletics Association President Gurudev Nagrale were also present. Vijay Munishwar, Arjuna and Dronacharya awardee, presided over.

 

Bhavyashree Mahalle of Priyadarshini Bhagwati Engineering College, Mithali Bhoyar of Mohata Science College, Anjali Madaviand Saurabh Tiwari of Shree Binzani College, Chaitali Borekar of Chakrapani College were the torch bearers. Neha Dhabale and Nayan Sarde of Kalode College administered the oath. Dr Vibekanand Singh, Dr Aditya Soni, Umesh Naidu, Ramchandra Wani, Dr Saroj Somkunwar were also present on the occasion.
