Union Home Minister, Amit Shah arrived in Jabalpur on Saturday, infusing a new spirit in party workers. He provided party workers with the mantra for victory in the ensuing Legislative Assembly elections and said this time the lotus will bloom on 38 seats of Mahakoshal region. The Union Home Minister, Shah visited Jabalpur to participate in party’s divisional-level meeting. Addressing senior office bearers of the party he guided them for ensuring victory in the assembly elections. Shah motivated the party workers and also administered oath of dedication and discipline. He said party workers should strictly adhere to the guidelines set by the organization. The organization has never accepted any form of indiscipline. Addressing hundreds of party workers at the BJP’s divisional office, he also shared the key mantras to winning in the elections.
Earlier, he along with other senior party leaders lit the lamp to inaugurate the meeting. After the meeting he left for Chhindwada. The Union Home Minister commenced his three-day journey in Madhya Pradesh from Jabalpur on Saturday. Those present were State President Vishnu Datt Sharma, Madhya Pradesh Election In-Charge Bhupendra Yadav, Union Ministers Ashwini Vaishnaw, Prahlad Singh Patel and Fagan Singh Kulaste, Rajya Sabha Member Kavita Patidar, Organisation General Secretary Hitannand Sharma and senior office bearers from all districts of the region. Rajya Sabha mp prevented from attending meeting: Only selected party office-bearers were allowed to enter into division office for the meeting. When Rajya Sabha MP Sumitra Balmiki arrived to participate in the meeting, she was stopped by the police. She became quite angry and expressed her dissatisfaction. She even said, “What kind of duty are you performing? Don’t you recognise a Rajya Sabha MP?” Senior cops arrived at the scene. After apologising to them, she was allowed to enter.
