Income Tax Department holds outreach programme

 

 

 

 

Income Tax Department, Exemption Range, Nagpur under the guidance of Abhinay Kumbhar, Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemption), Pune and Amol B Khairnar, Additional Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemption), Nagpur, conducted an outreach programme recently at Shiksha Mandal Hall, GS College, Jamnalal Bajaj Marg, Wardha and JCI Bhawan Dhamangaon Road Yavatmal.

 

Main topic of the awareness programme was “Exemption Provisions in Income Tax Act related to charitable institution and basic requirement for registration and recent changes in registration procedure of charitable entities”. The outreach programme was conducted by Akash Yadav, DCIT (Exemption), Nagpur; Pankaj Shastri, ITO (Exemption), Nagpur; Aarti Vakil, ITO (Exemption), Nagpur (Jurisdictional AO); Sandip Ganje, ITO (Exemption), Nagpur; and Anil Bhoyar, ITO (Exemption), Nagpur. CA Prateek Harkutiya , Convenor Chapter of WIRC of ICAI Wardha and CA Aashish Bajaj, Convenor Chapter of WIRC of ICAI Yavatmal, supported the event.
