State President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, V D Sharma, on Wednesday, held a grand vehicle rally in support of Abhilash Pandey, BJP candidate from North-Central Assembly constituency of Jabalpur. During the rally, Sharma stressed the need for the public to choose leaders not just for their duties and development but also for their aspirations. He urged the voters to strengthen BJP in the Assembly so that a BJP-led government could be formed, contributing to the strength and development of the country and the State.

Sharma stated that to empower the State and ensure the welfare of poor, it is vital for the BJP to form a government in the State in 2023, paving the way for Narendra Modi to become the Prime Minister again in the year 2024 in general elections. He stressed the importance of surpassing the previous election results, where although they secured more votes, some seats were lost. Sharma cautioned against a repeat of the deceiving politics played by the Congress, leading to a government under Kamal Nath and Digvijaya Singh’s leadership that plunged Madhya Pradesh into a state of crisis for 15 months.

Highlighting the need for a huge victory, Sharma urged people to support the BJP with a massive mandate. He stressed the importance of giving a strong response to those opposing the Sanatan Dharma, urging voters to choose the BJP so that everybody could recognise the strength of Sanatan Dharma in the face of its adversaries. A number of senior party leaders, workers and supporters including Rajya Sabha MP Kavita Patidar, Prabhat Sahu, Sadanand Godbole, Sudhir Nayak, Dheeraj Pateriya, Mukesh Yadav, Manish Jain Kallu, Chakresh Nayak, Deep Mahadele and others participated in the rally.
