‘Gwarighat, Tilwaraghat will be modernised with tradition’

“Maa Narmada has bestowed her blessings on West Assembly, just as Lord Ram’s grand temple is taking shape in Ayodhya and the holy Sarayu riverbanks have been developed. These two ghats (river banks), Guarighat and Tilwaraghat will be modernised to align with tradition while addressing needs of local residents, priests, pilgrims, tourists and businesses,” said Rakesh Singh, BJP candidate for West Assembly, during an election campaigning in Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Ward.
 
He said the ancient and historical significance of Guarighat and Tilwaraghat, which will be given a majestic facelift and in coming days these river banks will not only be the pride of the State but also a national attraction. During campaigning, Singh met people of Sidhi Nagar, Jain Temple, Purwa, Ben Basti, Gavinaath Temple, Pisanhari Market, Medical Market, Bada Patthar, Vriddhashram, Bajanamath Market, Bhairav Baba, Jain Temple Road, Crasher Basti, Kabir Math, Suraj Kirana, Bargi Hills Market Road, Tilwara Pump and adjoining areas. Those present were Rajeev Benetiya, Mandal Shailesh Vishwakarma, Rahul Sahu, Hridesh Rajput, Anil Bardkul, Naresh Patel, Rakesh Golhani and a large number of party leaders, workers and supporters.
