Former Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad in a scathing attack on the Congress said that divisive and disruptive politics is taking place in Madhya Pradesh Congress at the moment. Prasad was addressing a press conference during his visit to the city on Thursday. It is well known who possesses the power of attorney to listening abusive language, he added.
 
Prasad further said the Congress party is experiencing fragmentation and division, with a clear divide between Digvijay Singh and Kamal Nath. Former Union Law Minister took a dig at the Madhya Pradesh Pradesh Congress and Kamal Nath, using Rahul Gandhi’s name. He said, “I am coming from Chhindwara, where there is not a single picture of Rahul Gandhi with his candidates. Only Kamal Nath’s pictures are seen there. Rahul Gandhi never speaks about this. It is not clear why the Congress high command is missing.”
 
The former Union Minister sarcastically remarked that Rahul Gandhi has opened a shop of love and he wants to tell him to go to Madhya Pradesh and mend his torn kurta from his shop of love. In the context of Assembly elections, the senior BJP leader remarked sarcastically said that now-a-days Kamal Nath and Digvijay Singh are actively campaigning for the Congress party as Jai and Veeru. Taking a jibe at the alliance of these veteran Congress leaders, the former Union Minister stated that we all have watched the movie ‘Sholay’ and we all know who Jai and Veeru were. And we all know where their story began.
