Soulspace Techsolutions Pvt Ltd’s division Navakarma along with main sponsor Baidyanath Group, organised a wellness workshop recently at Chitnavis Centre in the city. The workshop received an overwhelming response from around 200 participants including individuals from various spheres Shreya Nath, Author of the book Navakarma, gave a session on Chakra Knowledge, Dr Nitin Awasthi highlighted the role of Ayurved and Naadi, Dr Khushbu Murarka gave an experiential talk on viewing life joyfully, Shilpali Bhalerao conducted meditative dance, Dietitian Meghana Kumare gave inputs on chakra specific foods and Meena Mishra highlighted on the yogic postures targeted for specific chakra awakening and also prepared the participants for Chakra Meditation via pranayama and sookshma vyayam.

Kamal N Seetha conducted the Chakra Sadhana using colour and sound energy and gave inputs on aura and life style changes. The workshop was co sponsored by Arogyada, Sampoorna Swadeshi, Saloni Fashion, Prezen Décor.
