The developer has obtained RERA No. P50500046204, NMRD sanction and Release Letter (RL) for the project. Bank finance up to 90 per cent is also available for the buyers. Agrawal feels that the project could get sold out within short span of time. Similarly, AAA Group has two majestic projects Arsh Glory, RERA No. P50500032402 and Arsh Residency, RERA No. P50500053504 situated behind Highway Glory restaurant, Amravati Road. Arsh Glory consists of 28 flats of 2.5 and 3 BHK ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft. Arsh Glory is 70 per cent complete and construction is under full swing.
