On the occasion of Vijay Diwas, Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav paid floral tributes to the immortal martyrs and reminisced their bravery, indomitable courage and sacrifice by laying a wreath at the Shaurya Stambh located at the Shaurya Smarak in Bhopal amidst the playing of Last Post tune. On the occasion of Vijay Diwas, CM Dr. Mohan Yadav paid tribute to the immortal martyrs by laying a wreath with the Last Post tune at the Shaurya Stambh at the Shaurya Smarak in Bhopal and remembered their valour, indomitable courage and sacrifice. CM Dr. Mohan Yadav also paid floral tributes at the statue of Bharat Mata located at the Shaurya Smarak.
Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav, while interacting with the media representatives at the Shaurya Smarak, said that today is a day of pride for India. Today India had conquered Pakistan and divided it into two parts as West and East Pakistan, this was the culmination of the gallantry of our soldiers. The three wings of the Armed Forces, Air Force, Army and Navy, swiftly followed the decision of Government and foiled Pakistan’s plan by capturing 93 thousand soldiers. Remembering all the immortal martyrs who maade this glorious moment possible for the country, we pay tribute to their bravery and heroism. We are proud of our Army.
