SP Aditya Singh reviews security arrangements for D-DAY

Superintendent of Police, Aditya Pratap Singh (IPS) reviewed police preparations for maintaining law and order arrangements during counting of votes for the State Assembly Elections 2023 and victory processions on December 3. He sought information about security arrangements at votes counting centre at Jawaharlal Nehru Agriculture University, Adhartal. SP, Singh directed the gazetted officers and SHOs for keeping vigilant eye in sensitive areas and clearing the routes of victory rallies in their respective areas on the day of vote counting.
 
Officers were instructed to take prompt action in case of finding any kind of minor information for maintaining law and order arrangements in the district. They were also directed for following the directions of Election Commission for peaceful votes counting process. Police force will be on toes for security arrangements on the day of votes counting right from 5 am on December 3. Additional SP (City), Priyanka Shukla (IPS), Additional SP (Crime), Summer Verma,Additional SP (City South), Kamal Mourya, Additional SP (City North/Traffic), Pradeep Kumar Shende and Additional SP (Rural), Suryakant Sharma and SHOs of urban and rural police stations were present.
