INFOCEPTS, an IT company in MIHAN through its social wing Infocepts Foundation has initiated Make India Capable programme and started a Skill Development Centre for paps at Samaj Bhavan, MIHAN Rehab Area, Wardha Road Nagpur. The centre was inaugurated at the hands of Swati Pandey, VC and MD, MADC Ltd., Dinesh Garg, Director, Infocepts Foundation, Shashank Garg, Director and Founder, Infocepts, Devashish Dubey Director, HHHF Foundation, Senior MADC officials, in presence of large number of aspiring students. Swati Pandey, in her inaugural speech said that the project can only generate jobs but to get the job, the youth should be prepared as per the requirements of job profiles. “There is no substitute to hard work and no shortcut to success. To get the success one should dream big and put all the efforts to fulfill it. Adverse conditions in life cannot stop you if you are committed to achieve it,” she added. Pandey emphasized on women empowerment and job oriented training. “The ultimate goal of the training should be employment. To make the youth capable for employment, the role of Skill Development Centers is very important,” she said.
 
Pandey appreciated the initiative taken by Infocepts Foundation towards making the local unemployed youth capable for a job and appealed to all the companies in MIHAN to come forward for such noble cause. The training would be free of charge and duration will be 45 days. The course covers spoken English, digital literacy, personality development, job readiness and communication skills. Devashish Dubey, Director, HHHF Foundation also expressed his views at the occasion. Sunil Narware, Global Head, Admin and CSR, Infocepts, Abhishek Gijre, Rahul Rajankar worked hard for the success of the programme. Apurva Kahu conducted the proceedings while Rimachand Kale proposed the formal vote of thanks.
