Governor Mungubhai Patel addressed the House on Wednesday. His address was based on Modi’s guarantee. He said that Modi’s guarantee begins from where the people’s guarantee ends. The Governor also mentioned the Bharat Vikas Sankalp Yatra in his address. The main points of his speech are: “Assembly elections have been conducted peacefully and fairly in Madhya Pradesh. I congratulate all the respected members of the State, the Election Commission, all the political parties, administration and media for the completion of this election process, a great festival of democracy.
