Garha police have succeeded in apprehending four vehicle lifters and seized eight stolen motorcycles from them amounting to Rs 4.50 lakh, on Monday. The arrested has been identified as Neetesh alias Gabbu Patel (24), son of Krishna Kumar Patel, resident of Ghansore in Seoni district, Manish Patel (18), son of Manohar Patel, resident of Tilwara in Jabalpur, Aman Kathere (20), Daulatram Kadere, resident of Bajaria Mohalla in Katangi and a delinquent boy.
 
SHO of Garha police station, Brijesh Mishra informed that during a routine vehicles searching, police found two boys standing with two unnumbered motorcycles and trying to sell it on very less price. Police inquired about the vehicles when both the boys failed in giving any appropriate reply. Police detained the suspects for further investigation. In a rigorous questioning, the accused broke out and confessed the stealing of vehicles. IN further investigation, the accused disclosed six more vehicle lifting incidents with the two more accomplices. On their identification, police have arrested two more vehicle lifters and retrieved six more stolen motorcycles from them.
 
The seized motorcycles were stolen from Garha, Madan Mahal and Gora Bazar areas. Garha police have registered a case against the accused under Section 41(1-4) of Cr.P.C. and Section 379 of IPC while further investigations are underway. The vehicle lifters were apprehended with active working of police team led by SHO, Brijesh Mishra comprised of SI, Anil Kumar, SI, Yogendra Singh, Head Constables, Bhupendra, Constables, Shailendra, Sandeep Bramhe, Balmukund, Dharmendra, Vivek and Ashish.
