“National Lok Adalat will be organised at High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Principal Seat Jabalpur and Benches at Gwalior and Indore, District Courts, Taluka Courts, Labor Courts, Family Courts and other courts across the State, on Saturday,” informed Member Secretary, MPSLSA, Ratnesh Chandra Singh Bisen and Additional Secretary, Manoj Kumar Singh in a press conference, on Friday. In accordance with directions of the National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi and under the guidance of Justice Ravi Malimath, Chief Justice and Patron-in-Chief, MP State Legal Services Authority and Justice Sheel Nagu, Executive Chairman, MP State Legal Services Authority, Jabalpur, National Lok Adalat is being organised on Saturday at the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Principal Seat Jabalpur and Benches at Gwalior and Indore, District Courts, Taluka Courts, Labor Courts, Family Courts and other courts across the State.
 
The nature of pending cases in various courts to be placed under National Lok Adalat scheduled on Saturday are as follows that Criminal Compoundable Cases, Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, Bank recovery, MACT (Motor Accident Compensation Claim Cases), Labor Dispute, Electricity and Water Tax, Bill related, Matrimonial, Land Acquisition, Service matters related to retiral benefits, Revenue (District only Pending in the High Court), Civil, Pre-litigation, Bank Recovery related, Labor dispute etc. More than 1333 benches have been constituted across the State out of which 12 Benches are constituted at High Court level and remaining 1321 Benches are constituted at Sub-ordinate Courts level. More than 2 lakh pending cases and more than 4 lakh Pre-litigation cases have been referred for disposal in this National Lok Adalat. Member Secretary, MPSLSA, Ratnesh Chandra Singh Bisen and Additional Secretary, Manoj Kumar Singh request the general public, litigating parties to avail maximum benefit of the exemption offered under National Lok Adalat and participate in maximum number.
