Raisoni Group holds HR Conclave

 

 

 

Raisoni Group of Institution announced the successful completion of its HR Conclave on the theme “Changing Dynamics of HR”, held on Saturday at Hotel Centre Point, Nagpur. The event was attended by over 100 plus HR professionals from different companies and industries. The HR Conclave was aimed at bringing together HR professionals to share knowledge, best practices and trends, and to discuss the current challenges and opportunities in the industry.

 

There were two keynote addresses followed by a panel discussion. Sameer Bendre, Chief of Operations at Persistent Systems, one of the keynote speakers, spoke about the ‘Moonlighting: The new challenge for HR in today’s business landscape’. Second speaker Leucadia Milly Sandeep, an inspiring HR Leader - Strategic HR Business Partner and a Certified Independent Director, spoke on ‘Changing Dynamics of Human Resource in Today’s Context’. “We are delighted with the success of the HR Conclave,” said Sunil Raisoni, Chairman, Raisoni Group of institutions. “It was a great platform for HR professionals to come together, share their experiences, and learn from each other apart from enriching the education system at RGI for further talent acquisition preparedness. We look forward to organising more such events in the future.” Dr Vinayak Deshpande, Vice Chancellor-GHRU Amravati, Dr Meena Rajesh- Vice Chancellor- GHRU Saikheda, Dr Aarti Deshpande- Raisoni Business School, Dr Vivek Kapur- Director GHRIET, and Dr Sachin Untawale - Director- GHRCE steered the conclave. Dr Bhushan Vidhale, Dr Jyoti Pillay worked hard for the success of this event.
