ANJUMAN Engineering and Technology College men emerged winners while the women finished second best in the tug-of-war competition organised by GH Raisoni School of Business Management under ‘Kashti’ Cultural and Sports event. In the men’s final, Anjuman ‘B’ team defeated their ‘A’ team 2-1 for title. In women’s final, Anjuman lost to Taywade College, Koradi 1-2. Total 10 teams participated in the tournament. Chairman of Raisoni Group of Institution Sunil Raisoni, Sports Officer IS Randhawa, Dr Vivek Shahu and others graced the prize distribution function.

Administrator of Anjuman Hami-E-Islam Justice Zaka Haq, Advisor Administrator Anis Ahmed, Principal Dr Ahmed Sajjad Khan, Dean Dr Sohail Parvez, Dr M Nasiruddin, Sports Director Dr Zakir Khan and others congratulated the team members. The winners attribute the credit of their success to college authorities.

Runners-up Anjuman women team: Aliya Arshiya, Sakshi Patil, Anam Baig, Fiza Khan, Astha Bokade, Astha Shende, Sumera Anjam, Anika Gauhar, Rafat Khan and Mahvish Saiyyed.
