AIBEA holds Central Committee meeting in city

The meeting of Central Committee members of All India Bank Employees’ Association (AIBEA) was held first time on April 12 and 13 at Parvana Bhavan, Kingsway, Nagpur. The resolutions passed in this meeting will be discussed its 29th National Conference on May 13, 14 and 15, 2023 at the financial capital Mumbai.
Suresh Bobhate, President of Eastern Maharashtra Bank Employees Association (EMBEA) welcomed all the Central Committee members and briefed about the past and present developments regarding Parvana Bhavan. He then invited the leaders to come to the dais. Thereafter, all the Trustees of Parvana Memorial Trust and Central Committee members were felicitated. Rajen Nagar, President of AIBEA conducted the proceedings. Rambabu, Secretary of AIBEA read out the minutes of the last Central Committee meet held at Indore and the same was unanimously adopted by the house.
CH Venkatachalam, General Secretary, AIBEA spoke about all the developments taking place in the banking sector. He also spoke about mergers and intent to privatise banks and anti people policy of the present Government. He also shed light on the present developments regarding pending residual issues of 11th Bipartite and discussions on 12th Bipartite Charter of Demands. Jaiwant Gurway, General Secretary of EMBEA received the leaders and members of Central Committee and took efforts in making the meet a grand success.
