A SOFT-SKILL training workshop was recently organised for the students of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU). The workshop was conducted by the Department of Economics and Training & Employment Cell in association with Global Talent Track. Soft skill helps to explore new and creative ideas. The workshop will help students combine their ideas and knowledge said Dr S H Indurwade, HOD, Department of Economics. With soft skills, students can communicate clearly to discuss and brainstorm their ideas.

 

It also helps in problemsolving. Soft skills give confidence and a boost to one’s careers, he added. The training workshop was conducted by Himanshu Khobragade,Trainer, Brumdon Education Society. Also present were Dr Bhushan Mahajan, Training and Placement Officer; Dr Hitesh Dadmal, Dr Amit Jhapate, Dr Harish Bawangade and others.
