“Adi Shankaracharya played a key role in social bonding of spiritual beauty and bringing solidarity in the world. Adi Jagadguru Shankaracharya informed the world about significance of divine power in existence of life on earth. He also gave message of Sadhna for life and termed death as Moksha in Sanatan Dharma.
Sanatan Dharma is being acclaimed throughout the world,” said Swami Akhileshwarahand Guri while addressing a symposium organized on the occasion of Adi Jagatguru Shankaracharya Jayanti, on Tuesday. The symposium was organised under the auspices of Jan Abhiyan Parishad at Samrasta Seva Sangathan at Shri Jankiraman College auditorium. Swami Akhileshwaranand Giri detailed about the life of Adi Shankaracharya who reached Omkareshwar in search for his Guru and created Ma Narmadashtak. He inculcated Vedas in the age of 8 years and delivered religious discourses at the age of 16 and spent rest 16 years of life for Tapasya in Himalaya.
In his short span life of 32-years, Adi Shankaracharya introduced life science around the world. Besides this, Dr Sandhya Jain ‘Shruti’, expressed her views on Adi Shankaracharya and informed about the ancient science of India which was more advanced than present scenario. Samrasta Seva Sangathan, President, Sandeep Jain informed about the significance of symposium and informed that social integrity awareness exists in the country since ancient times but some persons distributed the society in prevailing circumstances. Now, the country is inclined towards its peak sovereignty and there is a need of develop social integrity. Shri Jankiraman College, Principal, Abhijat Krishna Tripathi presided over while Secretary, Ujjawal Pachori convened the programme.
