Sandeep Kumar Salunke, Director, Income Tax (I&CI), while speaking at the interactive meet organised by the Nagpur Branch of WIRC of ICAI here recently, said that chartered accountants are enablers for successful SFT Compliance and E-verification.

He spoke about SFT and E-verification Scheme 2021 an d informed the participants that I-T department will reach out to Chartered Accountant for successful implementation of SFT Compliance and E-Verification scheme. At the outset, CA Sanjay M Agrawal, Chairperson Nagpur Branch, welcomed the dignitaries. Dr Kaumudi Patil, Additional Director, and Manish Banerjee, Assistant Director of Income Tax, Intelligence and Criminal Investigation (I&CI), spoke about the scheme in detail. CA Akshay Gulhane, Vice-Chairperson , coordinated the session and CA Dinesh Rathi, Secretary, proposed the vote of thanks. CA Swaroopa Wazalwar, Treasurer, CA Deepak Jethwani, MCM, CA Trupti Bhattad, MCM, and CA Sandeep Jotwani, Past Chairman were also present.
