Local lass Phalguni Budhraja played an active contribution in construction of New Parliament building and thus received rare opportunity to be part of history of Independent India.

It may be mentioned that Parliament Building Central Vista was built by Ahmedabad-based company HCP Design, Planning and Management Private Limited. Phalguni Budhraja is working as Manager in the Communication and Process Department of this company. Since construction of Central Vista started in the year 2019, till now, Phalguni and her team, was keeping watch on the minute details of the project by camping at New Delhi.

On Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi dedicated to the nation Central Vista. Phalguni informed about the new technology, technical and others details about Central Vista, in a video broadcast by Sansad TV of Information and Broadcasting Ministry. This project was worth Rs 975 crores and many new construction and renovation works were done including New Parliament House, Kartvyay Path, Common Central Secretariat, Central Conference Centre, New Commerce Building, new residence of Vice-President and Prime Minister and others. Phalguni is daughter of businessman Prem Budhraja and Arti Budhraja. She has brought laurels to Pandurna. She completed her primary education from Pandurna. She had pursues Class 9th to class 12th in other city. She studied from NIT, Raipur and then started her job at HCP. She has been congratulated by her family members, well-wishers on this achievement.
