Vision Jabalpur members open Sukanya Samruddhi Yojana bank accounts of 251 girls

Noble gesture of members of Vision Jabalpur ensured future security of 251 daughters of labourers on the occasion of May Day. Members of Vision Ordnance handed over bank pass books of Pradhan Mantri Sukanya Samruddhi Yojana to beneficiary girls in a graceful programme organised at DB Club, GCF Estate.
Chief guest on the occasion was MLA, Cantt, Ashok Rohani while Madhya Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation, Chairman, Vinod Gontia, former Member of Parliament, Jaishree Banerjee and Vision Jabalpur, President, Rajendra Singh were special guests. Speaking on the occasion, MLA Ashok Rohani applauded the unique initiative of members of Vision Jabalpur for opening Sukanya Samruddhi Yojana accounts of girls belong to poor families to materialise the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. MLA Rohani further said that the initiative of Vision Jabalpur will accord the girls to the main stream of development by providing them education and their marriage. It may be noted that members of Vision Jabalpur who were retired from Ordnance Factories have contributed their pension amount for opening Sukanya Samruddhi bank accounts of girls.
On the occasion, Dr T K Saikia, Kanhaiyya Raikwar, Himanshu Shrivastava and others honoured to members of Vision Jabalpur for their valuable contribution for providing a bright future to girls of poor families. Vision Jabalpur’s Takchandra Adhikari, Roop Kumar, R S Thakur, S K Yadav, Kaitan Fernandes and others expressed their gratitude towards members and guests for making the programme a grand success.
