CA Rajeev Damani, Past Chairman of Nagpur branch of WIRC of ICAI, during his address, acknowledged the essentiality of understanding the schemes, given the six-year tenure since the launch of GST, which has left numerous pre-GST litigations unresolved. He stressed the importance of familiarizing Chartered Accountants with the schemes and the various compliance requirements to ensure accurate guidance for their clients.
