VTA submits memorandum to CP on traffic issues

A DELEGATION of Vidarbha Taxpayers Association (VTA) led by its President Shrawan Kumar Malu recently met Amitesh Kumar, Commissioner of Police (CP), Nagpur. Shrawan Kumar Malu discussed the matter with the CP and submitted a memorandum on traffic issues of the region. Malu appreciated usage of speed radar on highways which has definitely brought a check on the speed limits of the highway users.
 
The delegation also discussed various other traffic issues with the CP. Nagpur Commissioner of Police Amitesh Kumar said, “If you drive even a km/hr more than prescribed speed limit, we will issue challan”. In the rest of the issues, he said that we’ll discuss this internally and take appropriate steps. Tejinder Singh Renu, VTA Secretary, Hemant Trivedi, Vice President, Amarjit Singh Chawla and Rajesh Kanungo, JT Secretaries were present.
