IIT-HOME, the oldest JEE training institute in the city which celebrated its silver jubilee last year, has once again achieved exceptionally high success rates in the competitive engineering entrance examinations - JEE Main and JEE Advanced 2023. At IIT-HOME, the success rate was 83 per cent, meaning 4 out of every 5 students at IIT-HOME qualified the exam. Similarly, high success rates were achieved at IIT-HOME in JEE Advanced 2023 - 68 per cent i.e. 7 out of every 10 students at IIT-HOME qualified the examination whereas the success rate at national level was a meager 24 per cent - 1 out of every 4 students appearing for the examination qualified it.
IIT-HOME also produced good results in terms of quality with 11 of its students securing top 2500 All India Ranks in JEE Advanced. In JEE Main, 8 students from IIT-HOME secured All India Ranks in top 4000. IIT-HOME which is known for its training of discipline and hard work has been consistently achieving this feat of 400 per cent higher success rates than all India level over the past 11 years. Admissions to IIT-HOME are granted only to students who score more than a particular cut-off in their screening examination ensuring that students preparing for JEE have a minimum academic eligibility. This year more than 1000 students appeared for the screening examination of IIT-HOME out of which 320 students were granted admission to the institute. The key to this success is taking an informed and thoughtful decision about preparation for competitive engineering entrance examinations.
